Kimberly Young, PhD, and Executive Director of the Center for OnLine Addiction, has a more comprehensive test for those who believe they may have a problem.  This test can be accessed at,

An Internet addiction test administered online may appear paradoxical, like holding a gamblers anonymous meeting in a casino or an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in a tavern.  Yet, in reality, it is more like passing out information regarding Gamblers Anonymous to those in a casino, or passing out information regarding Alcoholics Anonymous to those in a saloon.

Those who think they may be addicted to the web will more than likely take the test online rather than anywhere else.  Hopefully, if confirmation of addiction is confirmed, they will seek additional treatment and support for their PIU.
