Policies, Processes and Procedures
The following questions are designed to zero in on key aspects
of the candidate’s personality and ability to perform. You may find
it helpful to assign each response a score between 1 and 5 (a
shorthand assessment technique that may also be used with many of
the preceding questions).
You are trying to gauge the candidate’s ability to act in accordance
with established guidelines, follow standard procedures in crisis
situations, communicate and enforce organizational policies and
procedures, and recognize and constructively conform to unwritten
rules or practices.
